Three. A series of photographs that capture the complexities of growing up, of finding one's own path in a world that often seems to hold us back. A shaved face, a shaved arm, a shaved cheek - the lines of self-discovery etched on a body that's trying to assert its own identity. A girl, a teenager, a woman, a young woman, all searching for their own voice, their own style. In this series, I've sought to capture the quiet moments of self-expression, the subtle ways in which the world can both inspire and suffocate us.
